Q:
How does the Family Plan work?
A:

Our Family Plan applies to families with 3 or more children. Pay full price for your first two children and pay $3.00 each for additional children in the same family for a package of equal or lesser value. Please enclose a note with your $3.00 order(s) indicating the names and schools of the orders you paid for in full. The Family Plan is not available online at this time, so please order via envelope or by phone. This does not apply to groups or siblings photographed together. All children must be photographed by Harvey Studios.

Q:
Can I buy from both poses?
A:

Yes, but a complete package must be purchased for each pose. We do not split packages.

Additional packages or extra sheets can be purchased from the second pose. Our "C"package includes printed photos of both poses.

Q:
Can I purchase more photos later?
A:

Yes, we keep photos for one year. A late fee may apply, depending on when you order.

Q:
How long does it take to get my orders back?
A:

You should receive your photos 3-4 weeks after the due date on your order form. This may vary if we receive the orders late from the school. Online orders and submitted order envelopes are processed at the same time.

Q:
When will I get my digital image that I ordered?
A:

If you order online, you will receive a link to download your image within a few minutes. If you order digital images by submitting a paper order form to the school, your image will be sent by email when the printed photos are processed, roughly 3-4 weeks after the due date.

Q:
Can I post-date my cheque?
A:

No. I am sorry we do not accept post-dated cheques since it delays the packages being sent to the school.

Q:
How can I build my own package?
A:

If none of our package options meet your needs, you can build your own package using our Add-Ons option. You can buy individual sheets of whatever size you like.

All of our photographers are vaccinated & we follow all government guidelines.

I’m unable to order online. Can I still place an order somehow?
A:

Yes. Give us a call at 1-888-512-2444 and we will be happy to take your order by phone.

Q:
What are my options for ordering?
A:

You can order online, by phone, or by submitting your completed order envelope to the school with payment enclosed.

Q:
I lost my order form or web password. What do I do?
A:

Give us a call at 1-888-512-2444 and we will be happy to help. Please make sure you have your student's ID number before calling.

Q:
Can I order photos after the due date or from previous years?
A:

yes you can but only by calling our customer service at 1-888-512-2444

Q:
What is Harvey Studios refund policy?
A:

We will remake, retake or refund you if you are not 100% satisfied.

Q:
How can I sign my child up for retakes?
A:

Please sign the proof envelope and return the entire proof envelope back to the school before the due date.

Q:
If I like my child’s original photos better than their retake photos, can I still order the originals?
A:

Please call our studio and inform them of your choice and they will be happy to help you. There will be a $10 handling fee to replace the original photos.

Special retouching requests
A:

Our regular retouching includes removal of blemishes, If you have any special retouching request please mark your proof and send it back with your order, one of our staff will call you with a quote.

Q:
If I order online do I need to return my order envelope to the school?
A:

No, once you’ve placed your online order you’re done!

Q:
When will I receive my photos?
A:

Roughly 3-4 weeks after your due date, as long as you order on time.

Q:
I ordered retouching and digital images but I received my image not retouched. Why?
A:

When you order online our system will send you the image immediately, therefore please call or email us with your order ID# and we will retouch your photo and send you the retouched version.

Will there be retakes?
A:

Yes,retakes are roughly 4 weeks after the original photos. Your school will let you know the date.
