How are we handling the Canada Post Strike?

As Canada Post is our primary shipping provider, we have had to make adjustments to accommodate the ongoing strike.

Please refer to the relevant section below for more details on how we are proceeding.

School Photo Orders

We are committed to delivering as many school orders as possible before the holidays. However, the ongoing strike will significantly impact some orders.

For orders placed before the final due date (this date is listed on your proof envelope) we will be delivering as much as we can by hand to the schools or using a courier service. Delivery times may be slightly delayed so that we can efficiently dispatch our sales teams with multiple deliveries at once.

For orders placed after the final due date, we will be printing them and holding them at the studio until the strike is over, at which point they will be shipped to your home address.

If you have placed or are placing a late order and wish to pick it up at the studio in Fredericton, you can call the studio at (888) 512-2444 to have it put aside for you.
If your located in the Fredericton or Oromocto areas, you will receive a phone-call when your order is ready for pickup at the studio.

Grad Photo Orders

A message from the graduation team:

Due to the unforeseen postal strike there may be some delays in

shipping your purchase of grad photos. Know that your business is

important to us and we are doing everything possible to get your order

to you in a timely manner. We will contact you if we need to discuss

other delivery methods. Thank you for your understanding in this

matter.

Print and Product Orders

Shipping to home remains an available option and is not expected to experience delays. We will utilize the most suitable courier service available for the destination area to ensure timely delivery.
